Shipping to your place by Courier
1. Courier shipments are made throughout Greece through “Tachydema AE”.
2. Courier deliveries are made during business days and hours. The delivery time of orders within Attica ranges from 1-3 working days (excluding sales periods and public holidays) from the next working day of receipt of the respective order, once the order has been paid in full. For orders outside Attica, the time period may vary depending on the location (e.g. inaccessible areas). If for any reason we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, we will inform you accordingly.
3. The basic charges are:
- Shipping: 3.50€/shipment (up to 2kg)
- For orders with a weight or volumetric weight of more than 2 kg, there is an additional charge of 1.50€ for each additional kilo.
- FOR ORDERS WITH A TOTAL VALUE (including any discounts) EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 30€, NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE CHARGED.
*Additional weight or volumetric weight charges also apply to orders over 30€.
4. Your order will be delivered to the postal address you have stated with your order. The Company is not responsible for the failure to deliver an order in the event that no actual address has been stated or the address stated does not exist or the person designated as the recipient of the order does not exist at the specific address.
5. The Company is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order, which is not due to its fault or due to force majeure or due to circumstances that are beyond the normal daily business activity.
6. Upon receipt of the order, you must check whether all the products in your order are included in it, as it may have been finally configured.
7. The order is deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has acquired possession of the products, as evidenced by the signature of the order receipt at the agreed delivery address. From the moment your order is delivered and received, you are solely responsible for the products.
8. If any problem arises with the delivery of your order, the carrier (courier) will contact you at the contact details you have provided. If you are not at the delivery point at the time of delivery, you will either receive a call from the carrier, or the carrier will leave you a note explaining what you need to do to collect your order. If, after 15 days from the moment your order is available for delivery by the courier company, it has still not been delivered for reasons attributable to your fault, we will consider that the contract between us has been terminated and we will refund any payment we received from you, deducting from the payment the amount of five (5) Euros in order to cover the administrative costs incurred.
Collection with BOX NOW
BOX NOW as a check-out pickup method allows you to pick up your package yourself at any time you want at one of the BOX NOW Locker Automatic Pickup Machines.

How does it work?

1. 2. Your order will be received at the BOX NOW Locker Automatic Pickup Machine that you have selected when placing your order. The Company is not responsible for the inability to deliver in the event that a real email address or mobile phone number has not been declared. Also, the Company is not responsible for the availability of the BOX NOW Lockers Automatic Pickup Machines.
3. Your package will wait for you at the BOX NOW box for 48 hours. You can easily and quickly extend the delivery time for another 24 hours via the website https://track.boxnow.gr/ or by calling to 211-1005301.
4. The basic charges are:
- Shipping: 2.50€/shipment (for weight up to 8 kg and dimensions up to 17 x 45 x 60 cm).
- FOR ORDERS WITH A TOTAL VALUE (including any discounts) EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 30€, NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE CHARGED.
5. The Company is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order, which is not due to its fault or due to force majeure or due to circumstances that are beyond the normal daily business activity.

From the moment your order is delivered and received, you are solely responsible for the products.
8. If any problem arises with the delivery of your order, you will be informed by BOX NOW at the contact details you have provided. If you do not receive your order within 48 hours or 72 hours (in case of a request for an extension for another 24 hours) from the moment you are informed that your order is ready for collection from the BOX NOW Locker, we will consider that the contract between us has been terminated and we will refund any payment we have received from you, deducting from the payment the amount of five (5) Euros in order to cover the administrative costs incurred.
9. In case any of the selected products is not available, you will be notified via email or phone about the progress of your order. Products that are not immediately available will be shipped as soon as they become available.
