Payment by Card

  • Transaction Security: All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
  • All necessary technical means have been taken to secure the transaction, the Company does not retain your card details in any form and bears no responsibility in the event that your network or computer has fallen victim to malicious activity. Also, the Company bears no responsibility if your card issuer does not approve or delays approving the payment.
  • Payments are accepted via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover.

  • If you choose to pay by bank deposit, you must deposit the amount of money corresponding to the value of your order (plus shipping costs, if any) within 3 working days of submitting your order.
  • In the case of bank deposit, to avoid errors, you must indicate the order number and your full name in the reason for the deposit.
  • For bank deposits made by banks other than Alpha Bank, Piraeus and National Bank, the bank cost of transferring the money is borne by the buyer. Therefore, in the charges, you must choose that the bank costs will be borne by you or add the additional amount charged by your bank to the total cost of the order.
  • Orders that have bank deposit as a payment method will be completed and shipped as soon as the deposit becomes visible in our Company's bank accounts.
  • In the event of cancellation of an unshipped order, any payments will be refunded in full without undue delay, in the same way that your payment was made.

IRIS Payments

  • The service offers the possibility of paying for purchases made in an online store, by debiting a payment account via e-Banking or mobile banking.
  • The transaction begins and is completed in the company's electronic environment. The customer has control of the payment in the web or mobile banking of the Payment Service Provider of his choice, where his account is debited. The amounts of the receipts end up as a credit to the IBAN that the company keeps with the cooperating Payment Service Provider. The information about the collection is made immediately. Alternatively, the possibility of scanning a QR code is offered to execute the payment.
  • Participation in the service is carried out through actions of the cooperating Payment Service Provider (Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus Bank and Viva.com).
  • Payment via IRIS is made by direct debiting your account, in 4 steps:

 

Step 1: On the payment screen in the e-shop, select IRIS as the payment method and the bank you work with from the list of banks.

Step 2: You will automatically be redirected to your bank's secure e-banking environment, where you will log in with your credentials. Once logged in, the payment details will be displayed.

Step 3: Verify your order details and select the account you wish to charge. A confirmation message will indicate the successful execution of the transaction.

Step 4: If desired, you can print the payment receipt.

  • Alternatively, you can scan the QR code with your mobile phone camera and complete the payment.
  • The business receives the relevant confirmation in real time and you are immediately transferred to the online store website, where upon completion of the transaction you check your order.
